Golden Equity Properties has been specializing in the acquisition and management of multi-unit residential properties in the Quebec and Ontario markets since 2001.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at our office in Downtown- Montreal

What You Will Do



Greets visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately. Answers and forwards incoming calls, providing basic information as needed. Keeps a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Administrative real estate management work such as, posting ads for apartment rentals, filing out purchase orders and filing of documents. Working closely with the team and Directors Preparing spreadsheets for accounts payable staff. Sorting, distributing incoming mail, packages and mailing documents and packages. Responsible for tracking and ordering all office supplies. Printing, scanning and photocopying documents. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Ordering appliances for apartments units Sending and receiving correspondence and packages by registered mail and/or courier

What You Will Bring to The Role



Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Functional verbal skills (French) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-tasking Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook Professionalism Ability to work well in a team environment

Keys to your success



college degree or secretarial certificate is an asset Familiarity with phone systems Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position Real estate experience is an asset
