Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les visiteur et les appelants, en fournissant un accueil chaleureux et professionnel a la fois en francais et en anglais Gerer les appels entrants, les demandes de renseignements et les rediriger en maniere appropriee. Demontrer un comportement professionnel exemplaire tout en fournissant un service exceptionnel a nos clients. Aider avec les taches administratives telles que la saisie de donnees, le classement et la preparation de documents. Lien entre le client et l'entrepot Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'equipe pour garantir des operations de bureau efficaces Gerer les taches administratives ponctuelles et les projets assignes par la direction

A propos de vous ...



Vous etes parfaitement bilingue (francais et anglais) Vous avez de l'experience en tant que receptionniste ou dans le service a la clientele. Vous maitrisez la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Vous possedez d'excellentes competences en relations interpersonnelles, en gestion du temps et en organisation. Vous avez une attitude professionnelle et oriente vers le client Vous appreciez faire partie d'une equipe qui travaille bien ensemble

Receptionist-Administrative Assistant

This position will have a variety of responsibilities to support SAGETRA's administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-growing environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome in both French and English. Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately Demonstrate a highly professional demeanor while providing exceptional service to our customers Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Maintain accurate customer information and update as needed in SAP Liaison between the customer and the warehouse Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management

About you...



You are fluent in both French and English (a must) You have previous receptionist or customer service experience You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) You possess great interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills You like to keep busy and love to multi-task You have a professional demeanor and a customer-oriented attitude You enjoy being part of a team that works well together
