About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated
Administrative Assistant
to join our team. After six months (in coordination to an upcomgin office move), this full-time, in-office role will transition to a hybrid model, offering remote work flexibility. You will provide crucial support to our team, ensure smooth operations, and interact with clients and vendors, representing the professionalism and excellence SilverPoint Systems is known for.
Responsibilities:
Perform accounts receivable follow-up, credit card processing, and invoice generation.
Manage sales order processing and inventory tasks, including inbound receiving and shipping.
Provide general administrative support, including tasks assigned by the COO.
Use Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software to manage day-to-day activities.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and an aptitude for learning industry-specific software.
A customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanour in client and vendor interactions.
