We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and data management.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area while ensuring all supplies are stocked.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
