We are currently seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our Kelowna team. This position carries with it the opportunity to perform high-quality work in a dynamic environment and to grow alongside Connect as our business continues to expand. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who has: \xc2\xb7 A high level of proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook \xc2\xb7 Good judgment, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail \xc2\xb7 The ability to multi-task and prioritize \xc2\xb7 Superior written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent client service skills The responsibilities for this role include: \xc2\xb7 Vetting incoming calls from prospective clients, responding to general inquiries, and scheduling client appointments \xc2\xb7 Client relations and customer service \xc2\xb7 Opening and closing client files and maintaining current filing system \xc2\xb7 Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, couriers, phone calls and e-mails \xc2\xb7 Assisting with ordering and maintaining updates for the office library \xc2\xb7 Assembling, copying and binding court materials \xc2\xb7 Scanning, photocopying, filing, collating and/or organizing documents as needed \xc2\xb7 General IT troubleshooting for staff and lawyers \xc2\xb7 Perform basic kitchen-related duties (dishwasher, purchase food and beverages) \xc2\xb7 Correspond with property management regarding day to day issues, e.g. facilities maintenance \xc2\xb7 Provide support for In-house seminars \xe2\x80\x93 guest lists, food, book boardroom, set up / take down \xc2\xb7 Provide general administrative support, e.g. arrange lunch meetings, research suppliers / service providers Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Hours: 9:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits:
