Responsibilities:
- Assist sales associates with writing up sales, ordering, and scheduling deliveries.
- Maintain customer records, transactions and reconcile daily transactions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with inventory management, ordering and receiving
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management as needed

Acting as a working member of the front-desk team (processing payments; processing financing applications; taking incoming/outgoing calls, answering customer inquiries, etc.); Supporting sales staff as needed (e.g., financial and delivery arrangements; customer communication; identifying and correcting order errors; ensuring obstacles are removed, etc.) Reviewing delivery/pick-up issues - proactively reaching out to customer and working on solutions to remedy the situation; Reviewing the daily cash close and safe balances, ensuring all amounts balance; Ensuring financial programs are sold accurately; Running Flexiti and Fairstone reports, and closing out financing on a daily basis; De-escalating customer issues. Working with Store Manager to resolve complex service issues, and administrating decision based on Manager direction; Offering financing to customers at time of sale; tracking any customer objectives; Filling in for other front-desk staff as needed (e.g., vacation days, sick days, etc.) Other duties as necessary to help achieve store success;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic understanding of book-keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
