Darmani factory is located in West Central Saskatchewan in the town of Fiske which is approximately 35 miles east of Kindersley or 18 miles west of Rosetown on highway 7. This job opportunity is one that is full of potential. Darmani is a full line manufacturer of corrugated and steel grain storage products. We are looking for an energetic office administrative assistant for our Fiske office. Candidate must be fluent in Reading, Listening and Speaking English. You will be communicating directly with customers, employees and suppliers through both email and phone. Must have good communication skills and general knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. A background in farming an asset but not required. This job offers an attractive benefit plan as well as room to grow.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to take on the role of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front office operational tasks, including answering phones, assisting clients and providing administrative support. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position and the successful candidate will be able to work as part of a small team to help clients make informed decisions about their finances.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and visitors. Greet and communicate with patients in a friendly manner. Answer phones and be able to direct calls. Enter patient data into computers. Perform administrative tasks such as filing and copying documents.
