We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental office settings. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records and other office management software
Handle correspondence via email, mail, and phone, ensuring timely responses
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and billing when necessary
Support office management activities including supply ordering and document proofreading
Provide excellent customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous culture and teachings.

Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google, and data entry skills
Familiarity with bookkeeping software preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Prior experience in office management or personal assistant roles is desirable
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
