We are looking for an energetic individual who is highly organized with a positive attitude, has the ability to multi-task, with a willingness to learn. You will be the first point of contact for our customers as well as our technicians. You must have excellent communication skills and computer skills. You will be in charge of our SECOR safety program and responsible for dispatching technicians, writing quotes and ordering parts along with office duties.
Job Duties
-Answer all incoming calls and reply to messages.
-Schedule maintenance contracts and jobs.
-Order parts and follow up on orders.
-Typing quotes & maintaining maintenance contract records
-Type and ensure forms, letters and reports are completed as necessary.
-Coordinate and maintain our SECOR safety program.
-Organize and maintain office files as required.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures.
-Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
-High School Diploma.
-Minimum 1 year experience in office and administrative duties.
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
-Strong time management skills.
-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Google sheets,
-SECOR certification or willingness to certify
-Drivers license

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
