Job Summary



Do you enjoy assisting people and solving problems? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, while supporting day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly.

Duties



Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk with a welcoming attitude. Manage phone systems by directing calls to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Provide customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks, including document creation and scheduling. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative functions within the office. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support various departments as required.

Qualifications



Experience in reception, administration, or a similar role Proven experience in an office environment; previous administrative or clerical experience is highly desirable, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
