1. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage communication, phone calls, and answer emails Prepare and organize databases, reports, and spreadsheets Handle customer and employer information confidentially Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation Create and prepare sales and presentation materials Online research for materials and sources for presentations Support design team Manage design library Greet & host clientele Complete monthly reports, spreadsheets, data entry, etc...
2. Job Requirements

A passion for creativity and design Some post-secondary education Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Cloud based services, and other technology tools Professionalism Proficient with technology Highly organized Ability to multi-task Demonstrates excellent time management skills Self-directed and able to work without supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and presentation skills

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
