Currently, we are in search of talent like you! We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Receptionist/Office Admin

to join our Edmonton team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our office. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
