Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the office reception and assisting the executive team with day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of customer service within our rental communities. This position offers a fix schedule, employee benefits. Must be fully bilingual (English and French).Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for leasing inquiries, current residents, maintenance request;
  • Tenant communication and relations;
  • Assist the Property Manager in day to day operations;
  • Administer, file and ensure legal documents are completed and signed correctly;
  • Help with Marketing of rental units in line with current policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to speak and write English and French fluently;
  • Able to work independently, a self-starter and takes pride in the delivery of excellent resident services;
  • Advanced computer skills;
