Job Description

Our receptionist is getting a promotion! We are looking for a receptionist and office administrator for a busy real estate and wills and personal planning legal practice. We offer competitive wages, medical and dental benefits.

Summary of Responsibilities:



Answer phones and direct calls Conduct client intake for appointments Schedule appointments Respond to email and phone inquiries Organize and maintain office files, records, and resources, such as supplies and equipment Data entry
This position requires you to learn about all aspects of the practice in order to respond to client needs.

Responsibility and wages will increase over time.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or associate's degree Experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred Bookkeeping experience an asset Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven customer-service track record
