We are a building management firm that specializes in exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone eager to provide "concierge-style management" to our clients, as a receptionist and administrative assistant.

We offer mentorship, opportunity to advance, in-house training, and a great work environment.

As a member of our team, your duties will include, but not be limited to, providing excellent customer service, answering our reception phone line/inbox, scheduling meetings, setting up new buildings into our portfolio, corresponding with clients, and helping with general office administration.

Our candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, great writing skills, initiative and sense of ownership, good judgement, organization and a high level of professionalism.

Experience in an office setting is an asset.
