Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Job Description

This position is responsible for a vast array of administrative duties with a focus on customer service. Other areas include accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management. To be successful in this position the individual should be a self-started with the ability to effectively manage all assigned duties in the office with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for efficient record-keeping. Check and verify vendor statements in a timely manner Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels Respond to customer inquiries and requests Manage AR and perform collection calls as required Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and communication. Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
