About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful, organized self-starter to join our Burlington team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This full-time, on-site role supports smooth office operations and delivers exceptional client service. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The position is available for immediate start

What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
Assist with financial account management, ensuring client records are up to date and compliant with regulatory standards
Collaborate with advisors and colleagues to resolve client inquiries efficiently
Support marketing efforts, including social media management and video editing
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Who You Are
Self-starter who is thorough and organized
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with social media and video editing is an asset. (Training will be provided on additional software as required)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry
Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and discretion
Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of finance and industry trends; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is an asset
