We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires strong organizational skills, fluency in the English language, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to handle various administrative tasks. You should be able to prioritize tasks while making sure the office to-do list for the day gets completed.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel to complete day-to-day tasks.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Manage all calendar related tasks with regular updates.
Schedule meetings, appointments and visits in a timely manner.
Frequent follow up with clients
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring K&A service standards are met at every interaction.
Assist the accounting staff with assigned tasks.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have experience in office environment. Accounting office experience is not required but is an asset.
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
Having an outgoing personality would ensure you excel in the role.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is not required but an asset.
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
Must be comfortable spending extended hours on the phone and interacting with clients.
Availability between 24-40 hours a week for the right candidate.
Must be available for additional hours (evenings and weekends) during March and April.
