We currently have 2 offices located in Thornhill and Richmond Hill. We have over 350 active real estate professionals with 12 supporting staff members. We are currently looking for a friendly, diligent, self-motivated and responsible individual who can manage to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who possesses great interpersonal and well-organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior real estate experience and knowledge of related software such as BrokerBay, MLS and Google Docs (Words & Excel) would be an asset.   • Full Time : Weekdays, 9AM-5PM (Thornhill ONLY)
  • Part TIme : Weekdays, 5PM-9PM & Weekends, 10AM-5PM

\xe2\xa0\x80 RESPONSIBILITY
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them appropriately
  • Perform day to day office operations and other related duties in a professional manner
  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Handling and responding all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all appointments and meetings are successfully carried out
  • Uploading listings
  • Data entry including collecting and filing documents
  • Provide supports by preparing real estate forms and documents
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office and make arrangements for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier
  • Operate the office machines such as photocopiers, printers and computers
  • Ensure compliance with established company, and regulatory guidelines, and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Monitor and re-stocking the office pantry
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Ensure a strong and robust communications process between all managers and staff members
  • Support continuity among work team by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Other duties as assigned by manager and office administrators
\xe2\xa0\x80 QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
  • An individual who is not currently engaged with any other brokerage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Degree educated preferred)
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent typing skills with minimal error ratio
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system
  • Ability to quickly learn industry specific program
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Able to maintain confidential information
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • ASSET: Prior Real Estate experience and knowledge of programs such as BrokerBay, MLS and Google Docs and Sheets
Wage will be discussed upon interview and will depend on level of experience.
