We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our busy automotive shop in a front-office role. While this position is titled
Office Administrator
, it is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage a full appointment schedule without becoming overwhelmed.
This role is the first point of contact for our customers--both in person and over the phone--and plays a critical part in keeping our day running smoothly. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of juggling multiple priorities using common sense and strong communication skills.
There is

in this role. An individual who excels in the administrative and customer service aspects may choose to remain in an office administrator position or grow into a
Service Advisor role
, including learning estimating, sales of recommended work, and deeper involvement in the automotive industry. Ample support and training will be provided.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
Answer multi-line phones professionally and efficiently
Schedule and manage appointments to maintain a productive, well-balanced workflow
Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into our system with a high level of attention to detail
Accept and process customer payments
Manage a busy front office while handling competing priorities
Communicate clearly with customers regarding scheduling, basic service questions, and next steps
Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation
Support daily office operations and assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Extremely accurate with data entry and administrative tasks
Confident, professional phone presence
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable handling payments and basic financial transactions
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Interest in learning more about the automotive industry is a strong asset
Previous experience in an automotive environment is preferred, but not required
