We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk responsibilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various office software. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Handle filing, document management, and maintain organized records Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Prepare correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure proper formatting Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Support office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing mail

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Capable of typing quickly with high accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus Previous experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and delivering exceptional support to clients and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
