We are looking for a 3rd receptionist to join our team! With our current two receptionists going down in hours while in University, we are looking for a more regular/full time receptionist to take over mainly day shifts. Although we do not guarantee Mon-Fri 9-5 it does come close! The odd weekend will be required.

The only shifts we offer are: (7 days per week)

8:45am to 5:15pm (with 30min break) and 5:15pm-9:15pm

MUSTS:

~Be flexible on scheduling (schedule is made by the month) for AM/PM and Weekend shifts. Up to two weekends per month need to be available (these are our busiest days) We are however willing to work around a school or job schedule - if it fits with our available shifts!

~Willingness to learn and be proactive during slower times. Cleaning tasks are non-negotiable. Can be an extremely fast paced environment as we enter our busy season Sep-Dec. You will be completing desk work, cleaning and work while standing/moving around.

~Memorization is important, as there is little room for error in insurance billing. Including explaining appointments to current or prospective clients. Customer service in general is needed for phone and in person etiquette!

Starting wage $15 per hour - raises based on performance and probationary period of 3 months

Free parking available onsite and offsite, health benefits available, and a staff discount on products. Currently not looking to hire split positions for esthetics/massage and reception due to the availability needed for all positions. Reliable transportation is highly recommended due to the not so convenient bus routes in our area.
