Position: Bilingual Receptionist/Administration (English & Korean)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who can provide a warm welcome to our patients and efficiently manage clinic operations.

Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Hourly Rate $20-23 (Depending on experience)

Working hours: 20 - 32 hours

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

09:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Responsibilities

Greeting patients and managing the check-in/check-out process. Handling multi-line phone calls and managing clinic emails. Scheduling and confirming appointments using Jane App. Processing payments and assisting with basic billing tasks.

Requirements

Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory. Software: Proficiency in Jane App is a strong asset (Training can be provided for the right candidate with similar experience). Experience: Previous experience in a medical, dental, or wellness clinic is preferred.

Skills

Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
