Job Description

Maple Ridge Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic is looking for a receptionist to join our team.

We are an Award winning multidisciplinary clinic offering Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Kinesiology services in the Maple Ridge community since 1994.

We are a busy clinic looking for an individual that will bring a positive attitude to our team. Training is provided by the clinic.

Those with previous experience working at a busy physiotherapy clinic, training on Janeapp,

Kinesiology students

(UFV, SFU, etc.), and those who have thrived in a

busy

industry (e.g. Tim Horton's, McDonald's) and desire to switch to an office environment are encouraged to apply!

Our shifts are Monday to Friday: AM shift 6:45am-1:45pm, PM shift 1:45pm-8pm, and Saturdays 8am-3:30/4pm. When applying for the position,

please state which days and shifts you can work

. (e.g. Mondays am shift, Wednesdays pm shift, Thursdays am or pm shift, etc). We are looking for a minimum of 3 shifts per week to work, and may increase after several months.

Reception duties

: greet patients, take/process payment, schedule appointments, call/receive/reply to phone calls, emails, filing, liaise with therapists and management, possible inventory orders, possible eventual assistance with conducting work interviews / training, possible occasional assistance with laundry, rare bathroom maintenance/cleanup. Unless you live in Maple Ridge, a valid driver's license and accessible vehicle is important (transit unfortunately will not work).
