Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service at an optometric office!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles

- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
