We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and has a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
  • Complete correspondence including letter writing and text editing
  • Prepare reports and documents as requested
  • Handle, screen and redirect incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers as well as maintaining mailing lists and databases
  • Arrange appointments and meetings
  • Provide ongoing support to external business associates and clients as directed
  • Assist with the writing and editing of contractual agreements and Requests for Proposals
  • Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Assist in the development of materials for presentations to current and potential clients
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
  • Adhere to Compassionate Heart Home Care Policies and Procedures
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Responsible for notifying immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses it only with the appropriate Compassionate Heart Home Care personnel
  • Complete other tasks as requested
