Job Summary



What you will get to do as a receptionist:



Provide customer service

Assist agents with computers & photocopiers if needed

Answer and forward telephone calls (able to handle multiple lines)

Make appointments on appointment booking software

Add and edit listings on software platforms

Download photos to the Multiple Listing Service

Prepare listing kits

Office equipment support (computers, fax machine, photocopiers)

Type offers by special request

Other tasks as assigned (prepare letters, general typing for Agents when requested)

Knowledge of or experience using Nexone, Webforms and Matrix a strong asset

What you will need to be successful as a receptionist:



Good people skills, friendly

Good computer skills

Self-starter

Highly motivated

Fast learner (ability to multitask)

Flexible, adaptable (available to work different shifts when requested)

Independent worker

Previous experience in a real estate office or other reception experience an asset but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
