Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with data entry, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and clients.
Duties
Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Support office operations by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Social media posting and inquiries.
Patients cold calling and follow up appointments phone calls.
Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care and office workflow.
Skills
Proficiency in Janeapp and social medias - Facebook and Instagram
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. .
Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is advantageous.
Familiarity with medical office environments is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
