Receptionist/admin Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:



- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars

- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed

- Collaborate with Lawyers and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:



- Proficiency in using Microsoft office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Prior experience working in a law firm or legal setting is not necessary

Minimum wage to start.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Work Location: In person
