This position is out of our corporate office in Stratford, you will be responsible for receptionist duties with filing, matching, invoicing and transfers.
The minimum qualifications for this position is 2 years reception experience with a computerized switch board.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
This position is expected to work collaboratively within the General Administrator.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the switchboard and directing all inquiries as required.
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
Preparation of invoices to be mailed out.
Matching and filing documents
Ordering office supplies
Administrative duties including data entry
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is an absolute must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Demonstrate sound work ethic, complemented with a flexible work attitude
Computer proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, with the ability to analyze and compare data
