We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and versatile Receptionist with Marketing Experience to join our team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with support for the marketing department, ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and being the face and voice of a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administrative Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, transfer calls to specified departments, take messages as needed
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist in filing, data entry, and company records
Organize staff appreciation and Holiday parties
Order and manage inventory of office and breakroom supplies, including but not limited to office materials, coffee bar items, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products.
Marketing Support:
Capture high-quality photos and videos for use across marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Edit and enhance visual content to align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that support campaigns and promotional efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography, videography, and content editing.
Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
Help prepare marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, email campaigns)
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography, videography, and content editing.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings
Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
At least 1-2 years of marketing experience or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Capcut, Chatgpt, ClickUp,
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
A positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
