Job Description

Small, growing, suburban law firm requires receptionist/ administrative assistant. Law firm experience would be preferred, but not required. Opportunity available to grow into a legal assistant role, if inclined.

Responsibilities will include:


- Answering the telephone;

- Managing the general office email;

- Greeting clients;

- Printing/ photocopying/ scanning documents;

- Minute book filings;

- Other administrative duties as required;

The ideal candidate will have:



- Some work experience in a law firm setting;

- Willingness to learn;

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and MS Office;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- The ability to work as part of a team in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

Salary provided to be commensurate with experience.

Start date could be earlier, depending upon candidate's availability.
