Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Check in, check out, collect payments from services
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department and handling payments for customers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Manage and order office supplies and inventory
- Restock supplies and make sure stations are ready for next services
- Maintain a clean and organized Store during operating hours
- Opening and Closing tasks at store
- Maintain safety at work place
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Please note that this position is for a receptionist in a beauty salon. Experience working in beauty salon or retailers is highly desirable.
