- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, clerk, or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management tasks
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage a busy front desk area
