Duties
Greeting and assisting clients in a professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
Processing payments and scheduling appointments.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist role or customer support position is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and staff.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
