Receptionist

Job Description

Multitask between answering phones and emails, greeting incoming patients, preparing treatment rooms for patients, keeping the clinic tidy, billing patients for services and products, collecting payments and assisting with the general flow of clinic operations.

Should have computer proficiency so that you are able to manage our software scheduling and accounting programs as well as input information quickly and accurately. Familiarity with Quick books accounting program would be helpful. Excellent communication skills required with attention to correct grammar and spelling. We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable individual to join our team.

Experience in medical reception is preferred. Some basic bookkeeping skills are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-06-26
