Receptionist
to join our team, and we're searching for someone who is as passionate about client relationships as they are about staying organized.
As the first and last face our clients see, you'll be the one setting the tone for their entire visit. We're not just looking for someone who can answer phones and book appointments--we need a rockstar who understands how a warm welcome, a friendly conversation, and an easy rebooking process build lasting loyalty.
What you'll do:
Be the friendly, welcoming face that greets every client.
Manage a seamless booking and rebooking process that keeps our clients coming back.
Use your communication skills to build genuine relationships with clients, making them feel right at home.
Showcase your organizational skills by keeping our schedule, records, and front desk perfectly tidy.
Manage social media engagement, turning followers into clients and clients into brand advocates!
Assist with the little things that make a big difference, ensuring our salon runs smoothly.
If you have a knack for organization, a love for customer service, and an eye for how social media can elevate a business, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Previous office or customer service experience.
Great with people and a true passion for creating a positive experience.
Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
A bonus if you have experience in a salon, spa, or medical setting.
