Job Description

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- fold laundry as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a

clinic receptionist using JaneApp

(required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
