We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including filing and organizing documents
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks, including typing, proofreading, and creating documents
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is welcoming and organized
Support administrative functions within the office, contributing to overall efficiency
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and filing systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading documents
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus
Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is desirable but not required
