Qualifications:
Experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service oriented role (asset)
Skills / Qualities:
Hard-working and reliable
Personable - able to communicate well with students, parents & coworkers
Organization - able to promptly stay on top of scheduling, emails and phone calls
Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Google Apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive etc.)
Commitment & Availability:
Thursdays (3:00pm - 9:00pm), Fridays (3:00pm - 8:00pm), & Saturdays (8:45am - 2:00pm)
Receptionist is required to arrive prior to start time to open.
Punctual, reliable and committed to working on agreed upon days
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
