Meridian Law Group is a full?service litigation law firm focusing on commercial, estate, family and personal injury litigation. Located prominently in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the Nelson Square building, the firm has been a cornerstone of the legal community for over 30 years.
We are currently seeking a full?time Receptionist to join our team. This position will appeal to candidates who are looking for an opportunity to work with a close?knit team of lawyers, paralegal, and administrative staff and who want to expand their skills.
The Role
Welcome clients and visitors being the first point of contact.
Answer incoming calls, take messages and forward calls to the appropriate team member.
Accept and process client payments.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Coordinate and schedule boardroom appointments and meetings as needed.
Ensure reception area and boardroom is tidy and clean.
Maintain a positive and professional environment while providing exceptional customer service skills.
Other ad?hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Skills & Abilities
Minimum of grade 12 education required.
Experience in a receptionist, intake, or administrative role preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
A client?centred approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
