Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented

Receptionist & Sales Associate

to join our team. This hybrid role requires someone who excels in both customer service and sales. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will ensure a warm and welcoming experience at the front desk while also actively assisting with in-store sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and engage with clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional appearance. Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and support. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to promote sales and up-sell where appropriate. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Learn order placement system(s) and social media presence. Maintain product displays, restock merchandise, and ensure the store floor is tidy and visually appealing. Track inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to the management team. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to team performance goals. Stay up to date with product features, promotions, and trends to better serve customers.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in customer service, sales and receptionist roles. Demonstrate strong English communication skills and multitasking ability. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in retail and fashion is advantageous. High attention to detail, especially for operating software and placing orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
