Caldwell Roach insurance is actively looking for a full-time receptionist for the Truro office. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our walk-in customers and must enjoy servicing and helping people.

This position is great for someone who is interested in insurance and is looking to be part of a larger, dedicated and professional team of insurance brokers. You currently live in the Truro area and are professional, responsible, dependable, and thrive on providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for clients in our Truro office

Receive clients at Front Desk and handle inquiries

Handle walk-in client payments Participate in phone queue Triage inquiries to other team members as appropriate Handle Billing/Payment related processing Call-out to clients when required in processing of tasks Support Renewals team with renewal processing Leverage Broker Management Systems in management/assignment of work Collaborate/communicate daily with personal lines team members

Self-Motivated, Goal oriented with a solid work ethic and commitment to quality Strong time management skills and Sense of Urgency Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly Proficient and comfortable with technology Dedicated Team Player Desire to learn and continually develop skills Experience/education in business administration an asset

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
