Receptionist (term) Wynyard
Job Description
To fulfill Pattison Agricultures\xe2\x80\x99 vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Wynyard, SK. The successful candidate will represent the face and voice of the company when greeting and directing customers. You will ultimately set the tone for the customer experience, both in person and over the phone, to help create positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers. This is a temporary full-time position beginning ASAP, with an approx. end date of October 27, 2023 (this position may have the opportunity to become permanent in the future).
Responsibilities
This individual\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing and filing
- Filing and general office duties
- Handling cash
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist other departments as required
This would be an ideal position if you:
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Are a self-starter with the ability to organize workload in an orderly manner
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Have strong organizational skills
- Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a minimum Grade 12 education
- Possess general accounting knowledge
