We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Maintain an organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
