Job Description

We are a busy office seeking a full-time Receptionist to add to our administrative team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone with a positive outgoing professional attitude. Being a team player is essential for working in our fast paced, paperless environment. As a Receptionist you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the go-to person for the office.

Required skills

:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Diligent with details on all projects; Ability to be flexible and available to work overtime as required; Able to work in a confidential environment with complete discretion; Familiar with MS Office applications, Adobe PDF and general office equipment; and Effective communicator, a critical thinker, organized and enjoy working as a team

Responsibilities

:

Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clientele; Receive & record payments and perform other clerical duties; Coordinate with all staff and Partners to help get the required tasks completed; Preparing documents, filing, scanning; and Reception with a multi-line telephone system
