Receptionist
to be the welcoming face of our office and a vital support for both our clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Greet walk-in clients warmly and professionally
Meeting with new clients to introduce our products and guide their decision-making
Screening phone calls and emails, including client inquiries and follow-ups
Ensuring the office and showroom are neat and presentable at all times
Delegating organizational duties to staff when appropriate
Creating new client job folders and verifying all contact information is complete
Handling front desk deliveries and correspondence
Coordinating office supply orders
Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask
Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
A proactive attitude and a flair for keeping things running smoothly
