Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator

to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This full-time position combines front-of-house customer service with a primary focus on social media content creation. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers when the sales manager is not present, and the creative voice behind our online presence. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for creating engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing Duties:

Create and post engaging content that is family friendly (photos, videos, stories, and reels) across

Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

, and any other social media platform that management thinks can benefit the growth of the company. Capture before-and-after shots, behind-the-scenes clips, and customer highlight moments. Assist with managing the posting schedule, hashtags, captions, and work towards steadily increasing our social media engagement. Collaborate with the team (Management & Installers) to showcase new products, promotions, and in progress/completed projects in a way that can drive sales and educate our viewers.

Customer Service & Reception Duties:

Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist customers with basic service information, product education, and easy quotes through our CRM/Booking system (

Urable

). For complex inquiries, collect all necessary details and pass leads to the Sales Manager for follow-up. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and waiting area. Sweep floors, tidy up displays, and restock beverages, brochures, and supplies as needed. Cover the front counter when the Sales Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or scheduling tools (experience with Urable or something similar is an asset). Comfortable using smartphones and editing tools for content creation (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.). Knowledge of or interest in automotive aesthetics, photography/videography, and social media algorithms is a plus. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment and industry that is constantly growing and requiring change to be the best. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (40-44) hours per week) Monday to Friday, 8:25AM - 5:00PM (some weekends and outside events may be required) $15-$18 per hour, based on experience (overtime over 44 hours/week)

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
