Job Title: ReceptionistJob Status: Full Time PermanentJob Location: Saskatoon North HyundaiJob Summary: The Receptionist is a talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions and with diverse responsibilities that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: upbeat and even-tempered, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible and resilient, teachable and growing, confident and outgoing.Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
• Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person
• Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
• Complete website updates and maintain data bases

• Outstanding over the phone and in person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Motivation to find solutions and make decisions
• The ability to thrive in a demanding environment
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems

Additional Requirements:

• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
• Be reliable and punctual
• Promote and support a team model of doing business
• Superior skills with Microsoft software, Excel in particular
• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
• Independence
