Receptionist - Little & Company LLP (Saskatoon, SK)
Little & Company LLP is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and professional, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries
Assisting with scheduling, client communication, and file management
Accepting payments and processing invoices
Filing, scanning, and maintaining organized client records (both paper and digital)
Drafting routine correspondence and documents as directed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Previous experience in a law office or professional services setting is an asset but not required
